Caring for your new fur-baby

Thinking about adopting a new fur-baby to the family?  Once you found your little ball of love just perfect for you, make sure to follow these guidelines to make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible.

  1. Make sure to transition your pet's diet slowly and with step-by-step increments to your desired diet. Puppy and kitten's stomachs are still immature and sudden diet changes may cause some diarrhoea and stomach aches.
  2. It is also crucial that they are fully vaccinated with a total of 3 puppy/ kitten vaccinations ending at 14-16 weeks old before going outdoor socialising with other furry friends.
  3. Don't forget about other preventative health as well such as worming for both heartworm and intestinal worms, fleas and ticks.
  4. Our new Best for Pet program will cover for all the vaccinations as well as microchipping, and offer 10% of all parasite treatments.
  5. We offer free health check for new puppies and kittens to ensure they are healthy, and information on how to take good care of your new pet.
